The production process has five basic steps, which include the following:

An arrangement of yarns into beams is about warp yarn preparation for weaving. Our new machinery processes are imported from Japan. There are four basic steps for weaving preparation: winding, warping, sizing and drawing-in/typing-in.

A process of interweave between the warping and filling threads. The company has the Air-JET system and the Rapier system imported from Japan. These systems are a highly developed technology of weaving that can increase high production, performance, flexibility, and long- lasting feature.

The company has used the best textile dying process of cotton to provide the best quality dyeing color. Reactive Dye is the most permanent of all other dye types because the characteristic of reactive dyes is the formation of covalent bonds with the substrate to be colored. Therefore, the products color has high stability and durability.

Different designs, patterns, and styles towels are required for special trained employees in sewing, cutting, and finishing to serve customers needs.

Before distributing products to customers, we carefully inspect the products throughout the whole production process to ensure that customers receive high quality products from us.

Our products will be packed in different styles of packages depending on our clients requirements. The products will be ready to ship to clients by our company trucks.
